I popped in for a brow wax a couple of weeks ago - they called the day before to confirm and I really appreciated that. Was running a bit late, but someone squeezed me in without any fuss. Very professional, quick chat to check what I wanted, and the shape came out spot-on. Salon relaxed and clean, left feeling well looked after.
